Shveta Dhillon, Founder & CEO

My name is Michelle Shveta Dhillon, CEO of A Panache Affair. With over 13 years of successful event planning experience and 21 years in the hospitality and sales industry, I remain passionate about creating exceptional experiences for my clients.

My strong background in identifying client needs led me to establish A Panache Affair and the APA Standard, which centers on crafting customized events that reflect the unique personalities and visions of our clients. We believe in building personal relationships with our clients, understanding their vision, desires and earning their trust. The goal is to go above expectations, and execute perfection.

Our focus is not on the quantity of weddings we plan, but on the quality and attention to detail we bring to each event. We take pride in making our clients' visions a reality.

We operate nationwide with a home base in Arizona and California, and we absolutely travel for destination events globally.

We have established relationships with many exceptional vendors and often secure special industry rates, but we're happy to work with your preferred vendors as well. Our goal is to create the best team for your specific vision and needs, ensuring cohesive execution and elevated results.

Yes—we offer this through our Helping Hand package. We’ve curated this service to provide the ideal blend of late-stage planning and full day-of coordination. It allows us to dive into your vision early enough to ensure a flawless execution when the moment finally arrives. Ask us for more details!

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all aesthetic. Our strength lies in curating events that feel elevated, cohesive, and deeply personal—whether that's timeless elegance, modern minimalism, or bold cultural fusion. Your style becomes our canvas.

We provide a shared Google Drive folder that houses all key documents—your planning questionnaire, master doc (with timelines, seating, budget, and more), mood boards, vendor invoices, and more—accessible anytime. Communication is primarily via email and virtual meetings, with in-person meetings included depending on your selected package.

We typically divide payments into 3 or 4 installments, depending on the overall duration of the planning process. However, we are happy to remain flexible and can adjust the payment schedule to best suit your needs. The only non-negotiable is that the final payment is due 30 days prior to the event date.
